Shipping Policy
At Mvolo we understand the importance of delivering your products quickly and in excellent condition. That is why we do everything we can to properly package and ship your product.
Worldwide shipping possible.
– Processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
– Transit time is 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Saturday).
Time for transport, handling and order closing in the Netherlands & Belgium:
– Processing time + transit time is 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
Shipping costs and VAT:
– Shipping costs: we offer free shipping for NL & BE
- Shipping costs: For EU is between 5-15 Euro & for outside EU 15-30 Euro
– All prices and amounts are stated in Euros.
- All prices include VAT.
– We do not charge any membership fees.
Terms of delivery:
We use DHL, Fedex, Bpost, UPS, DPD and PostNL to ship products.
Shipping Status:
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday) after receiving your order confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will receive a message when your order has been shipped. Don't worry if you don't receive a shipping confirmation right away! You will receive your products in due time. Simply contact us at customerservice@mvolo.nl or call us at 0649771098 . If your order requires additional information in order to be fully processed, we will contact you by email.
Change order:
Once your order has been confirmed, it can be changed or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, the return procedure will be described once you receive the item. Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@mvolo.nl
Address change:
Once the product is in transit, we can no longer change the delivery address. Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order via info@mvolo.nl or by calling 0649771098 if you wish to change the address where your order will be delivered.
Multiple addresses:
We do not deliver to multiple addresses for one order. If you want to have products delivered to multiple addresses, please submit separate orders. If you need help with this, you can find it here: info@mvolo.nl
Product not received:
If your order has been successfully placed but you have not received it yet, even though the tracking information shows that it has been delivered. If you cannot find the products you ordered, please contact us immediately.
Tracking an order:
When an order is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track the order so you can follow the progress of your purchases. Please contact us if you experience any problems.
