Placing an Order
You can place an order by following the instructions on our website after selecting your desired product. You will have the opportunity to review and correct your order before clicking "Place Order."
By clicking "Place Order," you agree to purchase the items in your cart. You will receive an automatically generated confirmation email once your order is accepted. At this point, a binding agreement is formed. This agreement applies only to the items listed in the confirmation email. Please review the details carefully. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately at customercare@mvolo.eu.
The contractual language is English. We are legally obligated to deliver goods in accordance with these terms.
Pricing and Shipping Costs
Prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of ordering are the applicable prices. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or to provide the option to proceed with the order at the correct price.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated but exclude shipping costs, which will be displayed separately before completing your order and confirmed via email.
Currency: Prices are displayed in the local currency based on your location and can be adjusted accordingly.
Availability and Delivery
Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. We cannot guarantee the constant availability of products. All orders are subject to stock availability.
We deliver to the specified address in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Delivery times are indicated on the product pages after your order is accepted. While we aim to deliver goods on the agreed date, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If this occurs, we will notify you and arrange an alternative delivery date.
Payment
Payment must be made according to the options available on our "Payment Methods" page.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 90 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 90 days after you physically receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via a clear statement (e.g., email). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Warranty
If the product delivered is not as ordered, damaged, or defective, you may return it. Report any visible shipping damage as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund or, at your choice, repair or replace the product.
Ownership
Ownership of purchased products remains with us until full payment is received. Once goods are delivered to you or a designated third party, you assume all risks and liabilities.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body, or health.
General Provisions

Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will also be resolved under Dutch law.
