Order
You can place an order by following the instructions on our website after clicking on the desired product. You will be given the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors before clicking on "Place your order". By clicking on "Place your order" you place the order.
We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an automatically generated email with which we accept your order. With this email the agreement is concluded. The agreement relates exclusively to the goods mentioned in our confirmation email. Please check this information carefully. If the information is incorrect, please contact us via klantenservice@mvolo.nl.
The contractual language is Dutch. We have a legal obligation to deliver goods that are in accordance with these terms.
Prices and shipping costs
Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed at the time of your order are the prices in effect. If an error occurs and goods are incorrectly priced, we will not be obliged to supply such goods at the incorrect price. We will cancel the order and refund the price paid, or give you the option of continuing with the order at the correct price.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, but exclusive of shipping costs. These will be stated separately before you place your order and will also be confirmed by email.
Availability and delivery
Product availability on the website may change without notice. We cannot guarantee the constant availability of products. All orders are subject to current availability.
We deliver to the address you specify in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Delivery will take place according to the information on the product pages after your order has been accepted. We strive to deliver the goods on the agreed date. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we cannot be held liable for delays. We will agree an alternative delivery date with you if necessary.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 90 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 90 days from the day on which you take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail). Reimbursement will take place within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Warranty
If your product is not the product you ordered, is damaged or defective, you can return it. Report visible transport damage as soon as possible. We will provide a full refund or, at your option, repair or replace the product.
Property
Purchased products remain our property until they have been paid for in full. As soon as the goods have been delivered to you or a designated third party, you bear the risk and liability.
Liability
Our liability is limited according to the statutory regulation regarding defects. These limitations do not apply to damage caused by intent, gross negligence, or injury to body, life or health.
