At Mvolo we understand how important it is to receive your products quickly and in excellent condition. That is why we ensure careful packaging, fast processing and reliable delivery.
Processing and delivery
Processing time: 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday)
Netherlands and Belgium: delivery within 1 working day after shipment
Other EU countries: delivery within 2 to 5 working days after shipment
Worldwide Shipping: possible via DHL, FedEx, Bpost, UPS, DPD and PostNL
We do everything we can to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please take into account longer delivery times during holidays or peak periods, as carriers process more shipments than usual. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order is on its way.
Pre-order products
Some products are offered for pre-order. If this is the case, this will be clearly stated on the product page. The waiting time for pre-orders is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on availability and production schedule. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will be given a tracking number to track your package. Changes to your order
After confirmation of your order, it can in principle no longer be changed or canceled. Would you like to return a product? Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy page for further instructions. If you have any questions, please contact us directly customerservice@mvolo.nl.
Address changes
Do you want to change the delivery address? Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at: info@mvolo.nl or WhatsApp: +31 6 49771098. Once the product is in transit, the address cannot be changed.
Delivery to multiple addresses
We do not deliver to multiple addresses within one order. Do you want to have products delivered to different addresses? Then place separate orders.
Product not received
If your order was delivered according to the tracking information but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
Order tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. If you have any problems tracking or receiving your package, we are happy to help you.

Hoe vaak moet ik roodlichttherapie gebruiken?
Voor de meeste gebruikers raden we aan om drie tot vijf keer per week 10-20 minuten roodlichttherapie te doen. De ideale frequentie verschilt per persoon en doel, zoals pijnverlichting of huidverbetering. Het is belangrijk om regelmatig gebruik te maken van de therapie voor de beste resultaten.
Is roodlichttherapie veilig?
Ja, roodlichttherapie is volledig veilig en kent geen bijwerkingen als het correct wordt toegepast. Het is een niet-invasieve methode die geen UV-straling bevat. Al onze producten zijn grondig getest en voldoen aan de veiligheidseisen. Raadpleeg bij medische vragen altijd eerst een arts.
Hoe lang gaan de producten van Mvolo mee en heb ik garantie?
De producten van Mvolo zijn gemaakt van duurzame materialen en hebben een lange levensduur. De producten hebben een garantie van 2 jaar. Raadpleeg de handleiding van het specifieke product voor onderhoudsinstructies om de levensduur te verlengen.
Moet ik beschermende kleding of een bril dragen tijdens roodlichttherapie?
Voor de meeste toepassingen van roodlichttherapie is het niet nodig om beschermende kleding te dragen. Sommige mensen vinden het prettig om een bril te dragen, vooral bij hogere lichtintensiteit. Onze producten zijn veilig voor gebruik zonder extra bescherming, maar voor extra comfort en oogbescherming is er een bril bijgevoegd in elk pakket. Zo kun je zonder zorgen van de voordelen van roodlichttherapie genieten.
