If you purchased a product from us and are not satisfied with it, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date (unless otherwise stated).

Return procedure:
- Please contact us first by email: klantenservice@mvolo.nl
- We will give you some instructions by email.
- Follow the instructions and select the products you wish to return.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Which items can be returned?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Exchange:
Within the first 24 hours after your order, you can request a replacement item. Please contact us at customerservice@mvolo.nl to arrange an exchange. If you want to exchange the product after 24 hours or after shipping, you will have to pay for the return shipping and there will be no restocking fee.
If you want to exchange something after you have received it, you must keep all items and their packaging until your exchange request has been approved. If your replacement product is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as it arrives or we will propose an alternative.
Cancel:
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. If you want to cancel your products within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mvolo.nl. If you want to cancel the product after 24 hours or after shipping or transport, you will have to pay for the return shipping and no restocking fee will be charged.
Item received with defects:
If the purchased goods are torn, defective or damaged by the carrier, please contact us for an exchange within 90 days of delivery and customer will not have to pay return shipping fees.

Return shipping costs and restocking fees:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a customer issue (such as not liking or wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product).
- If an order needs to be reshipped due to an error other than ours (wrong address provided, refused upon delivery, not picked up from post office on time, etc.) you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our problems (such as wrong products in your order or quality problems of products), you will also pay the return shipping cost.
- There are no restocking fees charged.
Refund and Refund timescale:
You will receive an email notification once your returned item has been received and reviewed. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If your refund request is approved, you will receive your refund within 7-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refund:
If you haven’t received your money back yet, first check your bank account and then contact the credit card company that issued your card. It’s possible that your refund won’t be legally credited straight away. Refunds sometimes take some time to process before they can be posted, so contact your bank next. If you’ve tried everything and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
