Return Procedure:
- First, contact us via email: customercare@mvolo.eu
- We will provide you with specific instructions by email.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
What Items Can Be Returned?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and—insofar as reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is excessively damaged, we may charge you for the reduced value of the product. Handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning it.
Exchanges:
- Within the first 24 hours after your order, you can request a replacement item. Contact us at customercare@mvolo.eu to arrange an exchange.
- If you wish to exchange a product after 24 hours or after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees will be charged.
If you want to exchange a product after receiving it, keep all items and their packaging until your exchange request is approved. If the replacement product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as it arrives or suggest an alternative.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. If you wish to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible via info@mvolo.eu.
- If you wish to cancel the product after 24 hours or after it has been shipped or transported, you must cover the return shipping costs. No restocking fees will be charged.
Receiving a Defective Item:
If the purchased goods are torn, defective, or damaged by the carrier, contact us for an exchange within 90 days of delivery. Customers will not be charged for return shipping in this case.
Refund Options:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a customer issue (e.g., not liking the item, no longer wanting it, or ordering the wrong product).
- If a package needs to be reshipped due to an issue not caused by us (e.g., incorrect address provided, refusal at delivery, or failure to pick it up from the post office), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect items or product quality issues), we will cover the return shipping costs.
No restocking fees will be charged.
Refund and Refund Timeline:
You will receive an email notification once your returned item has been received and inspected. You will also be informed if your refund request is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer; refunds may take time to be officially posted. If all else fails, contact your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
