Warranty Policy

At Mvolo, all our products come with a 2-year warranty covering electronic and mechanical defects (unless stated otherwise). During the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product free of charge, provided the defect is not due to improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made by the buyer.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Follow these steps to make a warranty claim:

  1. Report Your Issue via Email
    Send an email to customercare@mvolo.eu describing the issue. If possible, include photos or videos showing the defect. Be sure to attach a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice) or provide your order number.

  2. Wait for Our Response
    We will get back to you within a few days. In some cases, we can offer a solution immediately, but in most instances, we may ask you to return the complete product to our return address. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the defect occurs immediately after delivery, in which case we will reimburse standard shipping costs (e.g., PostNL rates).

  3. Confirmation and Evaluation
    Once we receive your product, we will send you a confirmation email. We will investigate the issue and notify you within two weeks whether the product will be repaired or replaced. We aim to complete this process as quickly as possible.
